Material Testing

For quality assurance we conduct the following material testing with DKD tested systems in our internal laboratory:

• Tensile test
• Hardness test
• Notched-bar impact-bending test up to minus 40°C
• Bending test
• US test according to DIN EN 10160

Of course we will carry out further tests on request – even at short notice – at our company processing room for sample manufacturing, with accredited external service providers. These tests include ultrasound, weld bend testing, longitudinal tensile test etc.
